Trilogue negotiations documents concerning establishment of the EBCG, Regulation (2016/1624)
Dear European Parliament,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
I would like to request all the 4-column-documents circulated in the trilogue negotiations conducted between the three EU institutions for Directive 2016/1624 (for the establishment of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency) taking place between approximately April 2016 and July 2016 in the English language.

Further to your request regarding public access, Parliament has identified three documents falling within the scope of your request. More in particular, Parliament informs you that during the inter-institutional negotiations, four trilogues were organised:
- the first one on 31 May 2016: no 4-column document was prepared.
- the second one on 7 June 2016: a 4-column document was distributed prior to the meeting.
- the third one on 14 June 2016: a 4-column document was distributed prior to the meeting.
- the fourth and last trilogue on 21 June 2016: a 4-column document was distributed prior to the meeting.
