Trilogue plan Fisheries Control Regulation
Dear Council of the European Union,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
A document containing the upcoming dates for interinstitutional negotiations ("trilogues") on the Fisheries Control Regulation 2018/0193(COD), and the (preliminary) plan for the corresponding sequences to be discussed during the negotiations.
With sequence I refer to Annex 3 of the note from the General Secretariat of the Council to the Permanent Representatives Committee on 29 November 2021 ("Preparation of the trilogue"), where thematic sequences 1 through 19 of the are outlined, according to which the proposal has been split up to "facilitate negotiations" (please see page 3 of aforementioned document).

Dear Council of the European Union,
I am filing a confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Trilogue plan Fisheries Control Regulation'.
I note that access was partially granted to the documents I had requested, and documents corresponding to the first part of my request ("A document containing the upcoming dates for interinstitutional negotiations ("trilogues")") were promptly sent on 7 April 2022.
However, the other half of the request was not mentioned or included in the reply of 7 April, namely "the (preliminary) plan for the corresponding sequences to be discussed during the negotiations.
With sequence I refer to Annex 3 of the note from the General Secretariat of the Council to the Permanent Representatives Committee on 29 November 2021 ("Preparation of the trilogue"), where thematic sequences 1 through 19 of the are outlined, according to which the proposal has been split up to "facilitate negotiations" (please see page 3 of aforementioned document)."

Please note that the reply you received on 7 April 2022 was only a partial
reply, covering the first part of your request. The remaining part of your
request is still under examination within the General Secretariat of the
Council, and the deadline to reply to you is 20 April 2022. It was indeed
an omission from our side not to inform you about this in our initial
letter.
In the meantime, we will continue to carry out internal consultations in
order to provide you with a final reply.
