Two complaints against Finish confectionery tax (2015)
Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
The EU Commission received two complaints against the Finnish Sweet Tax, officially called the Excise Duty on Sweets, Ice Cream and Soft Drinks (Act 1127/2010). Please send me the complaints by (1) the Finnish Food and Drink Industries’ Federation and the (2) European Natural Soy and Plant-Based Manufacturers Organisation (‘ENSA’).
In case the Commission launched an investigation, please send me the EU-Pilot identification number or the infringement proceeding identification number.
