UK-Frontex Working Arrangement
Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. Since February 2024, have UK authorities contributed data/intelligence to the EUROSUR system? If so, please share any documents held by Frontex which indicate the types of intelligence contributed and from which UK authorities (e.g. Home Office, Ministry of Defence, Foreign Office, HM Coastguard, or Police).
2. Please provide a copy of the 'operational plan' referred to in the Frontex-UK Working Arrangement, as per Section 11.
3. Any documents relating to data-sharing between the UK-Frontex that relate to the Working Arrangement since February 2024
4. Any operational plans, tasking notes, or records concerning the participation of UK staff in Frontex-coordinated activities, or the deployment of Frontex staff to the UK, since February 2024.
