Dear Secretariat General,

I am suprised by the reply I received (Gestdem n° 2015/3351), as I think my request was clear.

"All internal and external documents/correspondence related to the
drafting of a formal exchange of letters/Memorandum of
Understanding between Unicef and the European Commission/EEAS."

I did not ask for documents about projects.

Yours faithfully,

Arun Dohle
