United Kingdom Authorities Stopping Complaints Progressing by Ignoring Them
Dear European Parliament,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Documents that contain Information about what the Euopean Courts or Parliament can do to stop the ongoing abuse of the complaints procedures for authorities like and including the Department of Work and Pensions. I would documents that include information about what citizens should do when the DWP fail to respond to complaints. This is a way of stopping any complaint against the DWP moving forward because none of the other complaint process steps can be taken by the complainer. I believe this action by the UK government is illegal and that it is breaking both UK and European Laws. Our Government seems to ignore peoples rights here and we feel that the European Parliament is ignoring this or that it does not know about it. Please give me all information regarding the practise of stopping complaints about United Kingdom Public Authorities by ignoring complaint and the follow up procedures.
Yours faithfully,
William Webber

I am grateful to the European Parliament for their support - it's more than I get from my own Country.
