Updated lists of proposed indicative investment projects under the Reform and Growth Facility

We're waiting for Pippa Gallop to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Directorate General for Enlargement and the Eastern Neighbourhood,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Updated proposed lists of indicative WBIF investment projects submitted to the Commission by the governments of Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia in early 2025 under the Reform and Growth Facility.

The countries' Reform Agendas approved by the Commission and the governments in 2024 contained lists of indicative investment projects to be potentially financed by the WBIF. However we understand that following this, the Commission invited the countries to submit new lists in early 2025 which would better correspond to the amount of funding available, be more balanced between sectors and exclude fossil fuel projects. It is these updated lists we would like to obtain in this request.

Thank you in advance,

Yours faithfully,

Pippa Gallop
