Vaccines Procurement Steering Committee
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- all times and dates of meetings of the Vaccines Procurement Steering Committee from June 1st 2020 till today
- the names of all participants from all member states for each individual meeting
- all invitations for all meetings of the steering commitee
- all reports (and other notes) from meetings of the Steering Committee, including the agendas for all meetings
- all e-mails and internal documents between member states and the commission regarding the participation and decisions made by the steering comittee
I am a Journalist with the Austrian public Broadcast Organization ORF. The information requested does not interfere with possible contracts with vaccine distributors, as it is just focused on participants sent by member states and their actions, which is in the highest interest to the European public.
Yours faithfully,
Martin Thür
