Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) All documents - including but not limited to minutes, (hand-written) notes, audio recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, briefings, e-mails, letters, and presentations - related to the 17 April 2020 meeting between John Berrigan (Director-General) and Vanguard Asset Management Limited;

and

2) All documents related to any other communication between the European Commission and Vanguard Asset Management Limited regarding the role of capital markets in the economic recovery from COVID-19, produced between 1 January 2020 and 1 August 2020.

Only digital copies are required, please consider the environment by not sending me any physical mail.
