Visa facilitation / abolishment for Belarusian citizens
Dear Secretariat General (SG),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) Documents discussing visa facilitation for citizens of the Republic of Belarus in the context of Human Rights / democracy promotion.
2) Documents discussing "unilateral" visa facilitation to break the deadlock, when a government is unwilling to fulfill the EU conditions for the signing of VFA.
3) Chances and risks of visa abolishment or faciliation for Belarusian citizens.
4) A list of EU offices and representatives who have been dealing with the subject of visa facilitation / abolishment for Belarusian citizens
