Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

(a) positioning note or documents provided by Vodafone regarding the Roaming Regulation Packages I, II, III and IV

(b) responses from the European Commission regarding such documents

(c) information gathered by the European institutions on the impact of the Roaming Regulations
