All text messages, phone records, emails and correspondence exchanged between European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and her cabinet and Jim Hagemann Snabe, chairman at Siemens and Maersk, and his office in the time period between January 2020 and January 2022.
Moreover, I am requesting all notes and meeting minutes pertaining to conversations between European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and her cabinet and Jim Hagemann Snabe, chairman at Siemens and Maersk, and his office in the time period between January 2020 and January 2022.

Dear Ms. Bayer,
We refer to your e-mail of 03 January 2021, in which you formulate a
request for access to documents, registered on the same day, under our
reference number GESTDEM/2022/0012.
We also refer to our holding reply of 25 January 2021, by which the time
limit for replying to your confirmatory application was extended by 15
working days, pursuant to Article 7(3) of Regulation 1049/2001. This
extended time limit expired on 14 February 2022.
I regret to inform you that we are not able to respond within the extended
time-limit, as your application concerns documents held by different
Services, which must be consulted. These consultations are needed in order
to perform the assessment of the requested documents for the purpose of
deciding on their public disclosure.
However, I can assure you that we are doing our utmost to provide you with
a final reply as soon as possible.
I regret this additional delay and sincerely apologise for any
inconvenience this may cause.
