Dear Secretariat-General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting access to all correspondence (including emails, letters, telephone call notes, text messages, and WhatsApp exchanges) from 1 January 2025 to 16 January 2025 between the Cabinet Office of President von der Leyen (including President von der Leyen herself) and other members of the College of Commissioners or their cabinets.

Specifically, I am seeking information on the following topics:
-Communication to other Commissioners regarding the President’s sickness, including any mention of her hospital stay and its length
-Communication about the division of the Commission’s work during her sickness and any changes to routines
-Details regarding the President’s work and how it was affected by her sickness
-Communication about the handover to Vice President Teresa Ribera to chair the College of Commissioners on 15 January

The documentation should include but not be limited to: general communications of any nature, written material of any kind, email correspondences, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, briefing papers, transcriptions of meetings, readouts of meetings, summaries of meetings, briefings for meetings, etc...

The time-limit for my request expired on 6/2/2025 and I haven't even received either a reply or a communication to extend the time limit for additional 15 working days.
