Dear Ms Pandele,

1049/2001 is not sufficiently precise to enable us to identify the
documents falling within its scope. We therefore ask you to clarify your

was handled under the reference number 2022-0517. The documents concerned
are documents containing the split amendments of procedure 2021/0103(COD)
voted in PECH Committee and the roll-call votes of the Committee of 24
January 2022.

In our response to application 2022-0517 sent on 2 May 2022 we provided
the Final Voting List (amendments) of the vote on 24 January 2022 in the
Committee on Fisheries. To our understanding, this document corresponds to
the split amendments, which you are requesting.  Concerning the roll-call
votes, we, further, sent the Voting List of the PECH voting session on 25
January 2022, which contains the committee roll call votes on the Western
and Central Pacific Fisheries Convention Area: conservation and management
measures.

We understand that these are the committee documents requested. Please
clarify if you view this differently and specify which documents you are
requesting.

In addition, you received further documents relevant to your request on
May 2, namely, a list of amendments and the report.
