What action will the EU plan for implementation to prevent UK leaving European Union, including military force?
Dear European Defence Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Planning that relates to the event that, if in the referendum on the 23rd June 2016 citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland vote to leave European Union, will the EU use military force to thwart that decision such as, for instance, by occupying the UK? Will it use other means to frustrate that decision - if so, what?
Yours faithfully,
Michael Veail
Dear European Defence Agency,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of European Defence Agency's handling of my FOI request 'What action will the EU plan for implementation to prevent UK leaving European Union, including military force?'.
I am still waiting for a response to my request for information of 17 May 2016. It is long overdue and even the EU has to comply with law.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/what...
Yours faithfully,
Michael Veail
