whistleblower reports falling within ESMA’s scope of action in line with
Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and Article 17a of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010.

In the course of the year 2025, ESMA did not receive any reports
qualifying as whistleblower reports under Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and
falling within ESMA’s scope of action.
