Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
I reports under the "whistleblowing" directive received by EBA in 2025. Please classify they disclosures by EU legislative file, ie CRR, AMLD etc.

Dear Ms Rogerson,
We refer to your communication dated 12 February 2026, in which you make a
request for access to documents pursuant to Regulation 1049/2001 of the
European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2001 regarding public
access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents.
The European Banking Authority (the EBA) is committed to transparency and
openness to greatest extent possible.
We confirm that under the “whistleblowing” directive, the EBA received a
total of 42 reports in 2025. The areas concerned are illustrated in the
graph below. As this is a confidential tool, please note that
confidentiality rules apply to all reports submitted under the
whistleblowing framework.
Regarding classification by EU legislative files (e.g., CRR, AMLD, etc.),
the reports received span multiple areas as shown; however, due to the
confidential nature of the submissions, detailed breakdowns by legislative
file cannot be disclosed.
