MISSION REPORT 
EUROPEAN NCMEC CYBERTIPLINE ROUNDTABLE -  
FACILITATING IMPROVEMENTS AND UNDERSTANDING  
THE HAGUE, 5/6/2018 
I attended the European-NCMEC CyberTipline Roundtable organized by Europol to look 
into  the  challenges  and  possible  improvements  relating  to  processing  reports  coming 
from NCMEC on child sexual exploitation cases detected by US service providers.

The  roundtable  was  structured  along  presentations  by  NCMEC,  law  enforcement  and 
industry, and open discussions with moderators. 
Discussions revealed a number of interesting findings, some confirmed, some new:
