Thank you for your request for access to documents, which the EEAS has examined in the
framework of Regulation (EC) No 1049/20011.
After a search in the EEAS filing systems, document management databases and archives,
the EEAS has identified the Mission report from EU CTC visit to Washington D.C. on 21-
22.03.2019.
I am pleased to forward to you the identified document in attachment to this letter.
Some parts of the document have been redacted, as they fall outside the scope of your request
and do not concern Palantir in any way. Please note that all the passages concerning contacts
with Palantir, mentioning the company or the software, are fully disclosed.
In the attached document, redactions have been also made in order to respect the provisions
on data protection, i.e. non-disclosure of names of staff members and of third parties, email
addresses, physical addresses, telephone numbers and other personal data pursuant to Article
4(1)(b) of the Regulation.
