Thank you for your request for access to “Al  documents dealing with the preparation of the World 
Radiocommunication Conference 2023 - agenda item 1.5 - frequencies for culture and media 
(UHF-Band) and possible decision-making by the council, including legal documents examining 
council jurisdiction over the subject”.1 
 
The preparation of the World Radiocommunication Conference which wil  take place in November-
December 2023 has not yet started within the Council.  Therefore, the General Secretariat of the 
Council does not hold any documents corresponding to your request at this time.
