Dear Ms Baas,
Thank you for accepting our proposal for a fair solution. Your request is
currently being processed. However, given the number and nature of
requests for access to documents handled by the Legal Service, we are
unable to complete your request within the 15 working days deadline, which
expires on 8 September 2025.
As indicated, your request concerns documents that were not authored by
the Commission. Pursuant to Article 4(4) of Regulation (EC) No. 1049/2001,
the Commission must consult the third parties from whom the documents
originate. This consultation procedure is ongoing.
For these reasons, this deadline is extended by 15 working days until 29
September 2025, in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC)
No.1049/2001. Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
